How do I upload a photo to Soul Tiles?

Select the "Start Creating" button at the top of each page. Click the left or right arrows to choose the size you want. (8x24", 8x16", 8x8", 16x8", 24x8") Click on the blank image size. Upload your photo. Use bar along bottom to adjust size. Click and drag photo to adjust placement and cropping. Once you're happy, click "Save" button. Then you have the option to "Adjust the Crop" or "Add to Cart." Keep shopping until you have everything you need. Checkout See video at bottom of page for a step-by-step tutorial.

What materials are used for your products?

We’ve carefully sourced tempered glass with exceptional clarity so your favorite photos shine through. Soul Tiles photos on glass are created using vibrant and environmentally friendly inks. Components like our cork bumpers are sustainably harvested. Finally, our hassle-free packaging is 100% biodegradable.
How heavy are your products?

The weight of our products are 1.8lbs for the 8x8, 3.8lbs for the 8x16, and 4.8lbs for the 8x24.
How does this product hang on the wall?

Our products are shipped with easy-to-use templates, bubble levels, and specially designed screws. Tape your template to the wall exactly where you want it, level it with included clip-on bubble level, and sink the screw(s) precisely the first time. We make it easy!
Isn’t glass breakable?

There is always a chance of our products breaking. However, the glass we use is tempered and thick enough to withstand normal freight and use conditions. If dropped on a tile floor or concrete, there is a chance the product will break. Most handling mishaps will not result in broken glass. In the rare event the product breaks, tempered glass will shatter into small pieces safe for pickup and disposal.
What do I do if my product arrives broken?
